HERITAGE
EMA is a prominent and influential industry leader in conservation work in the ACT and region, plus technical aspects of heritage work. EMA has an extensive awareness of the legal framework in which such work must be undertaken. Heritage work includes the provision of technical and, or specialist conservation and restoration advice and the adaptive reuse of buildings. Eric Martin has a Masters Degrees in Building Conservation and over 45 years experience in this interesting and multi-disciplined field.
