World Heritage Register

On 30 January 2008, The Hon Peter Garrett AM MP announced that 11 Convict sites from around Australia have been nominated for serial nomination to the World Heritage Register.  Eric Martin and Associates are proud to have worked on 7 of the 11 sites, with major works being done on the Norfolk Island site.  See the Government's Media Release here.

Heritage Assessment of Defence Properties, NT

Our assessments of the Department of Defence's properties across the Northern Territory is nearing completion.  This involved surveying a large number of sites across the Territory in sometimes remote locations to assess their heritage value and conservation works required.

Heritage Panels

EMA has been appointed to a Heritage Panel by the Department of Finance and Administration through United Group and Spotless.  The role of this panel is to advise on heritage issues and provide Conservation Plans as requested.


TAMS Properties, ACT
